Reactive Maintenance
Reactive maintenance is carried out when equipment has already malfunctioned, focusing on restoring the equipment to its normal operating condition.
Corrective Maintenance
Corrective maintenance is carried out when equipment has a failure, focusing on restoring the equipment to its normal operating condition.
Predictive Maintenance
Predictive maintenance is carried out by using IOT sensors that monitor equipment performance such as vibration, heat or noise proactively that upon surpassing a manufacturer limit triggers a maintenance teamwork intervention to assess the situation and help predict when maintenance should be performed.
